Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime
Pin311subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
2. No partial-month refunds
Because Pin311is a digital service that is available to you for the full period, we don’t prorate or refund the unused part of a billing period after you cancel. You keep access until that period ends.
3. Usage-based charges are non-refundable
Any usage that has already been delivered — including text-message (SMS) credits or allotments that have been sent — is non-refundable, since the cost is incurred at the moment the messages go out.
4. Annual or prepaid plans
If you prepay for a longer term, you may request a prorated refund of the unused, unstarted months within 30 days of purchase. Already-delivered usage (above) is excluded.
5. Goodwill refunds
If something went wrong — you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or the service was unavailable — email us and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. We’d always rather hear from you than have you file a dispute.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Email support@pin311.comfrom your account email, or manage your subscription from Settings → Plan & billing. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Polar) as merchant of record; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
